You will be received in the old wine press room of the Prieuré Saint Bon where I will open for you the doors to the wine world.

•  Discovery of the different Chablis or Yonne wines, sun exposure, sub soil, the different steps of the wine making

•  Initiation of tasting, aromas and flavours, wine tasting methodology, the wine vocabulary.

Then we will put this knowledge into practice in a cheerful way, by tasting a selection of wines in a friendly atmosphere.
