The most northern in Burgundy , the vineyard of Yonne must be visited, for a discovery of an amazing range of wines, all different.

The day will start, walking through the vine rows, sometimes very steep, which surround Chablis, where we will study the different seasons of the vine, the work of the men and the way to obtain the best grapes.

We will then go to the cellars, to meet men and women proud and passionate for their wine. You will discover their cellars, some of them a few centuries old, where tradition and technology meet.

The tasting will be a unique moment of sympathy, where you will enjoy the art of the wine grower.

Then, it will be time for us to have lunch in one of the good tables of Chablis, selected for its food and wine matching.

In the afternoon, our drive, in my old fashion 2CV, will lead us in the nearby villages, Saint Bris, Irancy, Chitry or Epineuil.

From vines to cellars, you will discover the diversity of the wines, with of course a stop in a cellar, symbol of its terroir. And the day will take end around a glass of wine.

Back to Chablis, you may walk in the village streets or open the door of one of the famous traditional andouillette or biscuit producers.
